For your Residential Programs / Stay:
We offer you a perfect place for your meetings, conferences and/or training programs. You will be accommodated in one of our 40 well-equipped suites (consisting of a Bedroom, Drawing Room with Sofa-cum-bed) or in one of our 60 Deluxe Rooms (consisting of a Bedroom Room with Sofa-cum-bed), all the rooms have appointed air-conditioner with balcony, bathtubs, 24 hours Hot & Cold water, CCTV, Mini bar and direct dialing STD/ISD facilities with internet connectivity. We have Banquet / Conference halls, which can accommodate from 20 to 500 delegates at a time, with all modern Audio / Visual equipments for your hi-tech presentations. In the evening we offer you a wide range of recreational options with Theme Bars, Poolside barbeque and Theme dinners.
Reservation Guidelines
All the below mentioned packages are subject to availability for the dates you wish to make your bookings. We shall be pleased to confirm your booking the moment we receive a written confirmation from you, with details of your requirement i.e., number of rooms or number of people attending the program.
Please Note:
· Our Check in & Check out time is 12:00 Noon, you may please note that all our bills are system generated, hence early check in or late check out will automatically be added up as extra nights stay, hence we request you to kindly follow the check in & check out time as mentioned above. However you may start / end your conference as per your schedule
· Continental & Indian Buffet Breakfast will consist of – 2 Fresh Juices, Cereals & Choco, 2 varieties of Eggs, 2 North Indian & 2 South Indian dishes with choice of Chutney / Sambar, Boiled Vegetables, Bakers Basket, 1 Pastry, Toast / Plain Bread with preserves, Bacon, Sausages, Ham and Tea/coffee.
· Elaborate Buffet Lunch or Dinner will consist of – 2 Soups, 7 Salads, 5 Vegetarian, 3 Non-Vegetarian, 2 Rice/Noodles, 1 Dal, and 6 Desserts with Bread Rolls, Soup Sticks, Garlic Bread, Assorted Indian Breads, Plain Rice, Rasam, Curds, Pickle, Pappad & Boiled vegetables.
· Conferencing aids like Flip charts, Pens, Pencils, White Board, Marker pens, Screen, mints & candies will be complimentary.
· Audio Visual equipments like OHP / LCD projector, P.A. system, Mike, Music System etc., will be charged on actual and as per your order.
· Soft Drinks / Packaged drinking water will be charged at Rs.35/- (+ Taxes & Service Charges) per serving / bottle
· Soda will be charged at Rs.25/- (+ Taxes & Service Charges) per serving
· Beer will be charged at Rs.120/- (+ Service Charges) per bottle
