We arrive in Bangalore on 13th Afternoon. By the time we reach Eagleton, it may be late afternoon. Let us start planning.
First afternoon
Catching up with people as they arrive as full quorum may not be available.
Evening
Meet each other - for some of us after 30 years!. Catchup, get to know the family, network, etc.
We may have some light music etc. in the background.

Early morning
Those who get up early may get golf driving lessons.
9 am - 2 pm - "Then and Now"
Each participant gets to share a little bit of themselves and their lives - say 12-15 minutes each. A 4 slide presentation on himself/herself, family, photographs, the works. We would like to know all about you and what you did in 30 years. Time will be divided based on number of participants. Please feel free to praise yourself and laud your achievements. Our class has proved to be a achiever’s class. Please do blow your trumpet. Remember, for most of us, this is the only forum where we can do that and not feel bad about it!!!!!
2 pm - 3 pm Lunch
3 pm - 4:30 pm Prep Time
Vijay Gupta, can I seek your help on scheduling this and figuring out what we do with the time left?? - One thought is prep for a skit that we get to play (at curtain time - see below)
6:00 - 6:30 pm Curtain Time
6:30 - 7:30 pm Invited Talks and Coctails
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm Dinner
Evening – Dinner. Let us invite our profs, current director, registrar, a few other profs who are in touch a few respected seniors. If you want, we can arrange for some light entertainment for 1 hr before dinner.
Late evening
I am trying to negotiate for a bonfire. Let us see how it goes.

This is a tentative schedule. We can modify the times and events, depending on your input - Let us make it absolutely exciting, guys and gals.
I also need more number of you to attend. This is indeed once in a lifetime. Please do understand that. Do not treat it like your normal holiday. This is special, we are special and let us celebrate it in a special way. If you have not confirmed already, please do. I want all of us to believe that. I enclose my letter again
