Thursday, September 13, 2001 5pm - 8pm
Holland & Knight, 195 Broadway, NYC. Subway 2,3,4,5: Fulton St.

Dear CTOs,

This next meeting is meant to help us gain a perspective on wireless technology and application. We have two talks back to back. Jack Brown leads Advanced Technology from UPS and will present their strategy and experience. You may have heard of UPS' investments in wireless including the $100M plus wireless lan project. This will be followed by Michael Karasick, CTO and Director of Technology Pervasive Computing, IBM. He will share their vision for application development, integration etc. While most of us are inundated with info on Wireless, these talks should help us develop a more grounded view, hearing from a large user's experience and a large provider of technology.

Looking forward to meeting all of you. best regards,

Dr. Ram Chillarege
