Jennifer Daniels, Associate General Council, IBM
As Associate General Counsel - IBM Americas, Ms. Daniels provides advice and counsel to IBM's Sales and Distribution force in North and South America. Ms. Daniels joined IBM in 1990 and was a member of IBM's Corporate Litigation Department for over eleven years, most recently as Senior Counsel. In that capacity, Ms. Daniels handled a wide variety of domestic and international litigation for IBM, including patent, copyright, trade secret, securities, commercial, and corporate compliance matters. Ms. Daniels received a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1988.
