D. Scott Robertson, Sector, Inc.
As the head of Sector’s Managed Service Sales, Robertson will
lead Sector’s efforts to extend the company's world-class systems
operations to financial industry firms and others, leveraging Sector’s
economies of scale and absolute reliability.
Robertson comes to Sector from a four-year career with Scient, Inc., a
consulting and professional services company. As the company’s Vice
President, Financial Services Practice, Robertson delivered critical browser-based
applications such as content management systems, transactional systems,
and customer acquisition systems. Prior to Scient, Inc., Robertson worked
for Kestrel Technologies, LLC, as Vice President, Sales and Marketing,
TCAM Systems, Inc., and Micrognosis, Inc, where he was responsible for
global account management and new business development, with a specific
focus on major multinational companies.
Robertson brings fifteen years of experience in sales management of systems
for the financial services industry to Sector. His expertise extends to
market data delivery, trading floor integration, market making, and trading
systems. Robertson has an extensive business and technical knowledge of
the financial services industry, including: capital markets, research,
risk management, order management networks, and industry protocols for
system interfaces.
