Program Committee Selection

Announcement
to occur at or before the prior year ISSRE

Meeting at the the prior ISSRE should go over the process/checklist,
etc.
- Minimum of 20% change between N and N+1.
- Recommended 10% new.
- PC members should not serve for more than 4 consecutive years
on the PC?
- Area converage: Skill set of PC members should match predicted
topics where papers are being submitted. At least cover distribution
of topics and papers from last year.
- Recommendation: use START before PC selection - it has tools
to help with area coverage, etc.
- Recommendation: One new topic per year.
- Structuring the PC meetings, in consultation with the SC.
- The Steering Committe should be consulted on the final PC list.
