Major Sections
- Time Line - helps new organizers of the conference
plan
- Proposal - a few point to be immediately noted in 2005
- Area Chairs - appointments to be put in place soon.
- Organization - guidelines of roles and responsibilities TBD
- Ethics - listing conflict of interests
- Industry - Industry Practices Day - Peter to capture thoughts
from our experience in implementing this over the past few years.
- Students - need to capture the organization details of the student
papers, and the student travel grants we began a few years ago.
- Workshops - to be discussed in by the SC.
- Tutorials - has been a sticky issus with poor attendence. SC
needs to look into this and make decisions.
- Fast Abstracts - runs fairly smoothly now. Practice and process
needs to be captured.

- Proceedings - CD Rom in addition to Print Proceedings
