ISSRE Conference invites proposals a couple years ahead of the conference. This process will be documented here by the SC.

Important changes in 2005

• In the past, the conference proposers proposed both the General Chair and the Program Chair. There is a change going forwards:
• The Conference proposals should not include the Program Chair. Once the conference site and general chair are selected, the PC chairs will be determined by the General Chair and the Steering Committee working together.
